OEM Pump Component Manufacturer

Five families of sand-cast pump components, all built to customer drawing or sample.

Why We Excel

Why We Excel at Manufacturing Critical Pump Components

Interfaces Confirmed Before Metal Is Cut

Shaft fit, keyway, hub height, bolt pattern and register diameters are measured, not assumed. A bore 0.2 mm loose makes the rest of the part worthless.

Alloy Matched to the Service

Chloride content, abrasion and temperature drive the choice — not the name of the fluid. PMI on your sample tells us what the original actually was.

Balanced and Documented

Every rotating component is dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 and ships with the grade stated on a report, alongside the material certificate.

Built for Repeat Production

Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Twin vertical-line moulding is a batch process, and it is where the consistency between the first casting and the hundredth comes from.

Product Range

What We Cast

Five families of sand castings covering the wet end and the structure around it.

Sand-cast square pump casing

Pump Casings & Volutes

Jet pump casings, square casings, long- and short-head casings, pump covers and flange components — sand cast to drawing and machined to the mating faces that must fit.

Sand-cast pump bearing housing

Bearing Housings & Brackets

Bearing housings including extended types, motor brackets and bearing covers — the structural castings that carry the rotating assembly.

Sand-cast mechanical seal gland

Seal Glands & Covers

Mechanical seal glands and covers, cast and machined to the sealing faces and bolt patterns of the pump they serve.

Semi-open cast iron pump impeller

Impellers

Semi-open, slurry and vortex impellers cast to your drawing or reverse-engineered from a worn sample.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What casting method do you use for pump components?

Sand casting on a twin vertical-line moulding system covered by a national patent. It is the one route we run, and running one route well is why a batch repeats.

Can you work from a worn part instead of a drawing?

Yes — that is most aftermarket work. We measure the interfaces, reconstruct the vane profile and state on the quotation which dimensions came from the sample.

Which parts of the pump do you cast?

Casings and volutes, bearing housings and brackets, seal glands and covers, and impellers. Shafts and wear rings are outside our range — we say so up front.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Lead time depends on the part and the tooling situation — it is quoted per project rather than published as a blanket figure.
