What is the difference between the closed and semi-open impeller for this frame?

The closed version holds its clearance at replaceable wear rings and is more efficient. The semi-open runs against the casing face, tolerates solids and can be re-shimmed in service instead of replaced.

What is your minimum order quantity for this frame?

100 pieces. We are a foundry rather than a repair shop, so parts are cast and quoted in batches.

Do you supply bare castings or finished parts?

Both. Bare castings suit shops with their own machining capacity; the default is fully machined, balanced and inspected.

Can you manufacture for frames that are no longer supported?

Yes — that is the normal case. We work from the worn part, since no current drawing is generally available for a discontinued frame.

What documentation ships with each order?

EN 10204 3.1 material certificate per heat, dimensional report against the agreed revision, and the balance report stating the grade achieved.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, with export packing for sea or air freight. Destination and Incoterms are agreed on the quotation.
