LINJINGXINGKE — OEM Pump Component Manufacturer
We cast the structural and hydraulic parts of a pump: casings and volutes, bearing housings and brackets, seal glands and covers, and impellers — for centrifugal, jet and process pumps.
The plant is built around a twin vertical-line sand-moulding system covered by a national patent: pattern and core making and moulding on one side, machining on the other, with inspection between them and the shipping door. A part is not released until its dimensional report and its material certificate are on paper.
The company operates a 15,000 m² foundry with 55 staff and an annual casting output of around 13,000 tons, built on more than twenty years in the trade.

We do not sell pumps and we publish no standard product list. Every part leaves against a drawing, a 3D file or a worn sample.
Scalable Production
Single aftermarket replacements and repeat production batches run through the same route; only the casting method and the tooling amortisation change.
Strict Quality Control
Spectrometer on every heat, CMM dimensional reports, dynamic balancing to ISO 1940, and NDT where the specification calls for it.

Anything not dimensioned on your input appears on our quotation as a stated assumption, rather than being decided quietly on the shop floor.
