Pump Component Manufacturing Expert

Ningde Linjingxingke International Trade Co., Ltd., a sand-casting foundry for pump components, produces pump casings and volutes, bearing housings and brackets, seal glands and covers and impellers for centrifugal, jet and process pumps. Every part leaves the shop against a customer drawing, a 3D file or a worn sample — we publish no catalogue of standard products, because we do not sell pumps.

Most enquiries arrive as an eroded casting, a smudged print or nothing but a nameplate photograph. Working backwards from that is the normal case here, not an exception.

Twin vertical-line sand moulding, CNC turning and milling, heat treatment, dynamic balancing and inspection all sit under one roof, so nobody has to coordinate three suppliers to get one impeller. One moulding route, run properly, is what keeps the hundredth casting the same as the first.

Grey iron, ductile iron, WCB carbon steel and CF8M stainless cover most of what we pour; other grades are confirmed against your drawing before quoting. Every part ships with a material certificate and a dimensional report.
